The law says you need independent legal advice before a settlement agreement is binding. Send it to us and we'll usually go through it with you within two working days.

About the fee
Your employer usually pays towards advice on a settlement agreement, so it often costs you nothing. Other matters start with a £150 + VAT fixed-fee meeting.
